Grinding Gear Games announced today that Path of Exile, their award-winning free-to-play RPG, will be coming to the PlayStation 4. Having launched successfully on PC and Xbox One, the PS4 version of the game will include the 2017 "Fall of Oriath" expansion. The game, which boasts randomly-generated levels and cooperative or competitive play in a persistent world, boasts 20 million players worldwide, and while the game is free-to-play, the developers promise that the game will never become "pay-to-win".

The game will be available on PlayStation 4 this December.
