Capcom, the storied developer and publisher of series such as Mega Man and Street Fighter, announced the worldwide release of Devil May Cry 5 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. DMC5 returns the series to its original continuity, bringing together protagonists Dante and Nero with a new face, V; each of these three characters plays differently, with different fighting styles. The game will be receiving a free update in April, reintroducing Bloody Palace Mode, which pits players against increasingly large mobs of enemies as they progress through the palace.
Devil May Cry 5 is available now at a base MSRP of $59.99. The $69.99 Deluxe Edition includes more in-game weapons, skins, voices and more, while the $149.99 Collector's Edition also includes a replica model, a cloth print, a bumper sticker and an art book. The Collector's Edition is exclusive to North America.
