Go behind the scenes of 'Final Fantasy IX' SQUARE-ENIX

Square-Enix is taking gamers behind the scenes of Final Fantasy IX in a newly-released video.

In the video, which includes interviews from producer Shinji Hashimoto, artist Shinji Hashimoto, event designer Kazuhiko Aoki, and event planner Nobuaki Komoto, Final Fantasy fans can learn some of the secrets and anecdotes from the development of the game

Says the company:

Final Fantasy IX tells a grand story of love, war and betrayal in a world of incredible magic and larger-than-life characters.  Zidane and the Tantalus Theater Troupe have kidnapped Princess Garnet, the heir of Alexandria, but to their surprise, the princess herself yearned to escape the castle and see the world for herself.  Together, they explore the world and encounter new friends and enemies to emark on an adventure unlike any other.

Final Fantasy IX is available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PC (via Steam), and for iOS and Android devices.  The game originally released in July of 2000 on the original PlayStation.
