In celebration of the 10th year since the inception of the Dead Rising series, Capcom is re-releasing the first three games in the franchise so that players can re-live the now-classic zombie outbreaks.

Releasing Sept. 13 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be coming as digital downloads for both platforms.  Furthermore, Dead Rising and Dead Rising 2 will also get physical releases in North America while the original Dead Rising will also be available on Steam as a digital download.

All three titles are being updated in order to take advantage of current gen hardware specs, meaning that players will be able to enjoy the zombie-slaying antics in 1080p at 60 fps.  Each new version of the game will also include all of the additional previously released DLC costumes.

Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2, and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record will be available to purchase as individual download titles on September 13th for twenty bucks.  All three titles are also available as a “Dead Rising Triple Pack” preorder bundle for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for fifty.  In North America, a physical release of Dead Rising will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 13th and a physical release of Dead Rising 2 will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 27th.

Don't forget: gamers will be able to join Frank West in a new zombie-filled adventure on Dec. 6 when he makes his heroic return to Willamette to investigate a new zombie outbreak in Dead Rising 4.  This newest Dead Rising game will be released onto Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
