An original Xbox exclusive is being remastered and readied for a 2017 release on Xbox One and PC.
Developed by Beep Industries and published by Microsoft, Voodoo Vince is a puzzle-platformer that originally came out in September of 2003. The quirky game is set in the magical underbelly of New Orleans and follows Vince on a wild tear through crawfish-laden swamps, haunted graveyards, and the eccentric French Quarter in search of his missing keeper, Madam Charmaine. Players get to show enemies who's boss with more than 30 voodoo attacks involving falling safes, prickly pushpins, bolts of lightning, and so on.
Voodoo Vince Remastered features the gameplay of the 13-year-old original along with an upgrade to 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio and updated rendering and visual effects. Xbox LIVE integration and achievements as well as rumble support are also being included with the remastered version. Beep Industries says it should release early on in the year.
