Aksys Games, publisher of titles such as Guilty Gear and BlazBlue have announced that they will be working with legendary game designer Yasuhiro Wada to develop and publish Little Dragons Café. Wada is best known as the creator of the classic Harvest Moon series of farming games, which is now known as the Story of Seasons series. This new game will see the player running their own café, with all that entails: growing and cooking your own food in order to feed the locals, getting to know the townsfolk and solve their problems, and of course, raising a baby dragon in order to save your mother from a cursed eternal sleep.

"Wada and I have been friends for a decade, and we've discussed teaming up on a new IP for about half that time," says Akibo Shieh, founder and CEO of Aksys Games, "It wasn't until Little Dragons Café that our schedules finally lined up so we were able to work together on a project, and the game has been in development for two years now."

Little Dragons Café will be released on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this summer.
