Bandai Namco announces TOKYO GHOUL [:re birth], a new mobile game based on the popular dark fantasy anime series.
Says Bandai Namco:
In TOKYO GHOUL [:re birth], fans can battle alongside Haise Sasaki and Quinx from the latest TOKYO GHOUL:reseries, as well as iconic characters such as Ken Kaneki, Kisho Arima and others from the first two seasons. All players who log in the game will receive the gift of both Kaneki and Sasaki as playable characters
The game features a blend of custom 2D illustrations and dynamic 3D graphics as well as voice-overs and character portraits during skill animation sequences. Furthermore, players can build 6-person teams from over 100 of their favorite TOKYO GHOUL characters and can utilize in-game materials to power up those characters and strengthen their quinque and kagune weapons to unlock game-changing special abilities. There will also be seasonal events, PvP elements, and raids.
TOKYO GHOUL [:re birth] will be a free download for iOS and Android devices when it releases this autumn.
