Coming out Aug. 21 from SEGA is Shenmue I & II, a re-release of the iconic 1999 SEGA Dreamcast game and its 2001 sequel for Xbox and PC.

This 2018 version boasts modernized features including fully scalable screen resolution, choice of modern or classic control schemes, PC graphics options, an updated user interface, and both original Japanese and English voiceovers.

Says SEGA:

Since their original releases, Shenmue I & II have established a passionate following and are revered as one of gaming's greatest series of all time. These revolutionary masterpieces deliver a gripping story of retribution as Ryo Hazuki sets out to avenge his father's death and attempts to unravel the secrets behind a mysterious artifact known as the Dragon Mirror.

Shenmue I & II will launch both physically and digitally on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a digital-only PC release via Steam on Aug. 21, 2018.  SEGA is currently accepting pre-orders digitally on PSN, Xbox Marketplace, and PC at a small 10 percent discount.
