Video game developer/publisher Bandai Namco says that Nintendo Switch gamers can now experience the action of the Dragon Ball universe. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is now available for Nintendo Switch as the franchise makes its debut on the console.
The Dragon Ball Xenoverse video game franchise has taken Dragon Ball fans on a series of new adventures, and now, Nintendo fans can experience what Bandai Namco calls "the biggest, most comprehensive Dragon Ball game ever" with Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Presenting new controls and gameplay features exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, players will be able to physically execute famous moves such as the Kamehamea and the Spirit Bomb with the Joy-Con motion controls. Players will also be able to play through several modes exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, including Handheld Mode, six-player co-op mode, and Table-Top Mode, which gives players the ability to Share the Joy-Con controllers and battle a friend on the same screen. Players can also enjoy the three vs. three online matchmaking mode, in which players form two teams of three Dragon Ball warriors and battle against each other for supremacy.

Taking place a few years after the events of the original Dragon Ball Xenoverse, players assume the role of a Time Patroller with the mission to once again set the history of the Dragon Ball world on the correct course in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch. Featuring a custom character creation mode and a new hub city called Conton City that is seven times larger than the previous hub city, the game is poised to be the most immersive and detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch also adds new characters to its already robust roster including Goku Black, Hit, and Future Trunks.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch is rated “T for Teen" by the ESRB. In addition to being available for the Nintendo Switch, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is also available for the PlayStation 4 , Xbox One, and PC (via Steam).
