An original Xbox game from 2003 is being remastered and is set to launch April 18 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
The game, Voodoo Vince, quirky puzzle platformer set in the magical underbelly of New Orleans. Players will join Vince on a wild tear through crawfish-laden swamps, haunted graveyards, and the eccentric French Quarter in search of his missing keeper, Madam Charmaine. Even though the game is being updated to a modern 1080p resolution at 60fps, developer Beep Games promises that the classic puzzle platforming gameplay has been preserved exactly as it was in the original.
Voodoo Vince: Remastered, which is rated "T for Teen" by the ERSB, also features Xbox Live integration and achievements with Xbox Play Anywhere support and boasts a partially new soundtrack with some tracks being updated and remixed by the game's original composer, Steve Kirk.
You can check out the remastering in the game's new trailer (below).
Voodoo Vince: Remastered, an HD remake for Xbox One and Windows, will be a $14.99 download on Xbox Live, the Windows Store, and Steam.
