SNES Classic Edition to launch in late September NINTENDO

Last year, Nintendo hit gold with its NES Classic Edition retro video game console.  This September, the company hopes to do it again with the SNES Classic Edition.

Releasing Sept. 29, the SNES Classic Edition retro gaming console will feature 21 pre-installed games including Star FoxEarthbound, and Super Mario World.

The device will carry a MSRP of $79.99 and will allow users to easily play its lineup of 16-bit games on a modern HDTV thanks to its HDMI hookup.
