The company says the new Pulsefire Surge RGB features a design improvement that allows both palm and claw grip users to enjoy using the Pulsefire Surge while playing any game style or genre.
"HyperX strives to make the best quality gaming products and a big part of that commitment includes listening to customer feedback," says HyperX via press release. "HyperX began shipping the Pulsefire Surge RGB gaming mouse last month and within a week, we heard from our gaming community that the inner edges of the left and right buttons may touch during aggressive game play, particularly when using the mouse with a claw grip. HyperX immediately halted shipping the original version and implemented a design change to address the customer feedback."
The Pulsefire Surge RGB features five customizable native DPI settings with support of up to 16,000 DPI. Furthermore, the mouse's onboard memory allows for customizable lighting and effects with as many as three profiles. The supported HyperX NGenuity software offers LED lighting and RGB customization of the 360-degree light ring, DPI button, and HyperX logo. Additional NGenuity advanced tools include personalized sensor performance, macros and DPI settings.
The improved Pulsefire Surge RGB gaming mouse is available through the HyperX network of retail and e-tail outlets for $69.99 MSRP.
